What are the
technical requirements?
ActiveTyping requires that your computer has
· Windows 98/2000/NT/XP/Vista or newer
· Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer
· Display area 800x600 or larger
· 10 MB free hard disk space
How do I receive the
purchased software?
We use automated order
system integrated into ActiveTyping. Immediately
after your order is sent to web store, your demo version will be fully
activated and you can continue studying. You will also receive the serial
number by email for future use. You can use serial number only in 2
different computers.
Is the ordering
process safe and secure?
We use fully secured
(SSL) online order system that is integrated into ActiveTyping.
By clicking Buy now button your web browser (IE 5.5 or newer) will open the
secured web store page where you can place your order safely. You can print

Can I place my order
without Internet Explorer (Integrated web store)?
By default we are using
the integrated SSL secured web store. This makes sure that you have been
able to install and evaluate the free demo version properly before placing
your order. Using integrated Internet Explorer also activates your serial
number automatically after purchase. If you need to place your order with
other web browser such as Firefox/Opera, please click here to visit our online store. Please evaluate the demo
version before ordering your license.
How do I activate my
product with my serial number?
· First Install ActiveTyping
demo version to your computer
· click START MENU, choose Programs /
Active Typing.
· Login into ActiveTyping
software and click ORDER button from upper right corner of the window
· Please enter your serial number on field
and click ENTER SERIAL NUMBER Button
· If you have Internet connection open,
please choose ACTIVATE NOW option and Software is activated and you can
study further
· If above step fails, you need to choose
"USE DIFFERENT COMPUTER" activation OPTION. You will now receive
so called INSTALL ID, write this down carefully. Next, please follow
on-screen instructions to get also the ACTIVATION KEY and final step is to
Enter both IDs to software and its fully activated. Use COPY+PASTE to avoid
typing mistakes.
How can I move ActiveTyping to my new computer?
ActiveTyping may be installed only on one computer at a time and multiple
installations are prevented by the online license monitoring system. To
move the program to a new computer 1) first uninstall the program from the
old computer, 2) reinstall the demo version to a new computer 3) enter your
serial number to the reinstalled ActiveTyping and
visit online customer service .
How can I get my
lost serial number or receipt?
Access the customer service section of eSellerate site.
How can I register
the software on PC without internet connection?
You can purchase the license on another PC. Next, access the customer service and activate the demo version on
another computer manually with your personal serial number!
Why I get "Not Administrator" error during installation?
During installation ActiveTyping requires administrator rights to complete
an installation. To solve the problem please login as administrator user or
ask somebody with administrator rights to install the program.
Why I get
"Internet Explorer 5.5 required" error during installation?
ActiveTyping requires that Internet Explorer
5.5/6.0 or newer is installed on your computer. Otherwise you will not be
able to use the software. To solve the problem, please download and install
the latest IE update from www.Microsoft.com.
Why my firewall is
giving an alert?
We display some banners
inside the demo version. You can choose to block banners and demo will
still work. Only during the ordering process you need to allow the HTTP access
to our SSL secured web store site to process your order.
How can I get

The free email
